Import/Export Global Hip Hop Showcase at CMJ

Back by popular demand…Import/Export: The International Hip Hop showcase is the only official International Hip Hop event at the 2013 CMJ Music Marathon and Film Festival  –  Taking place Thursday, October 17th at DROM 9PM.

This is the 6th consecutive year The Bloom Effect has co-produced the stage and this time chose to partner with INDMUSIC, YouTube’s largest music network  promising to deliver a dynamic mix of talent from around the world.

Scheduled to perform at the event,  Ikes  (UK),  Rude Beats (NL), Chief(Switzerland), Devon Tracy, Adrienne Mack-Davis (NY),  MC Melodee x Cookin Soul(NL/Spain), and Krussia(Russia).

The Show is hosted by the world-renowned singer/songwriter and cultural ambassador Maya Azucena who’s just come off a successful few shows in Croatia and tour in Suriname + rocking Essence Fest in N.O and then heading back out to Europe in November.

The show will be streamed live by Gander.TV.

Doors open at 9PM and the show starts at 9:15PM prompt.

First 100 CMJ badges allowed free, afterward, and for the badgeless, it’s $10.00.  A small price to pay for such a worldly sampling of Hip Hop.
